Lists running in the 2026 election

The Labour List

The Labour List (A-list) believes that students should have equal opportunities to succeed, regardless of their social or financial background. We are a social democratic list that believes in solidarity, freedom and community! Our most important job is to represent student voices in the fight for better student welfare. We’re working for an inclusive and equal student life, which takes care of all students, more work placements during the course of study, and last but not least: academic boycott of Israel.

The Green List

The Green List (GL) is fighting for a more sustainable UiO. The students at UiO need a list that prioritizes the environment. Us students deserve better green areas, and cheaper and more sustainable food in the cafeteria. We also want free sanitary products at the toilets and recordings of all lectures.

Moderate List

Moderate List is the student party for all conservative, liberal, centre-right, and non-socialist students at the University of Oslo. We prioritize student freedom, welfare and individual opportunities. Our goal is to create a simpler, more flexible student life, emphasizing high-quality education and relevant academic content. We believe a good education is society’s most valuable investment, advocating increased internship opportunities, modern learning methods, and closer connections between studies and working life. By voting for Moderate List, you contribute to a university characterized by academic freedom, less bureaucracy, and greater freedom of choice. We strive to ensure every student succeeds academically, socially, and personally throughout their studies.

The Leftist Alliance

The Leftist Alliance

The Leftist Alliance is a socialist and feminist organization. We are represented in the Student Parliament at UiO and the Welfare Council of Oslo and Akershus, and we engage in activism. We fight for a fair university that is tailored to the needs of students and a good everyday life that students can afford. We should have good and cheap food and enough student housing that is not so expensive that they add to the already long list of worries.
The planet can’t wait! That is why we always demand environmental standards, whether it concerns food, housing or university agreements.
We want a more inclusive curriculum and the curriculum must be cheaper and be more digitalized.
Do you agree with us that everyday life is too expensive, that students should have a clear path into working life and that the university should not accept cooperation with actors who commit gross human rights violations. Join the team! Vote for the Leftist Alliance.
