Grønn liste

Grønn liste (GL)

Top 3 issues

1: Solidarity and student democracy: We demand:

-No to dirty money! UiO should not have economic ties to occupation or human rights violations. Academic boycott of Israel now!

-End unethical deals! The university must act green and ethically.

-UiO must make space for students and researchers fleeing conflict.

-Reform the student parliament to strengthen its connection with the grassroots at UiO.

2: A green and living campus:

-Fruits and berries you can pick! Berry bushes, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens – free food and greener surroundings make campus better.

-More life on campus! We want bird boxes, insect hotels, and beehives for students and the environment.

-Visible meeting places for student organizations! Give them open and accessible spaces to foster community.

-Better services for students! More student-friendly cafés, pleasant outdoor areas, and affordable food and drink options.

3: Mental health boost and an accessible daily student life:

-More therapists, shorter waiting lists! No one should have to wait months for help.

-Therapy dogs during the exam period! Because sometimes a dog is exactly what you need to calm down.

-The buddy programme shouldn’t end after the start of studies! We want a mentor in every programme to help students find the way forward.

-Establish a committee to actively ensure universal design of the campus and make education accessible for everyone, both physically and digitally.

Who are we

The Green List (GL) is fighting for a more sustainable UiO. The students at UiO need a list that prioritizes the environment. Us students deserve better green areas, and cheaper and more sustainable food in the cafeteria. We also want free sanitary products at the toilets and recordings of all lectures.
