Course Code System for Foreign Students

The Student Parliament resolves:

• The University of Oslo must implement a language coding system for all foreign candidates that wish to write their exams in Norwegian, without insisting on native-like proficiency, inspired by the code sytem for foreign students at the University of Agder.
